Updates need for events page

Add a tag near the event title (above the event name, not buried lower on the page) showing:
- Rating range (min/max)
- Gender category (men's, women's, mixed)
- Event type (recreational vs. competitive)
- Whether verified-only is required
These tags should appear on all events, not just APL - the fields already exist in event creation (rating min/max, gender, verified-only, competitive/recreational), they just need to surface visibly on the event page
Fix the location-based event display - the events page is pulling from the user's saved address instead of their current location; it should show events based on where they actually are
Mike also noted the rating filter can be confusing (he was gated from an event he should have been able to join because it was filtering on gender rating without making that clear) - the tags would solve this by making the requirements obvious upfront
