Your Vision Rating is now worked out the same way a certified rater assesses you, through the same VAIR engine. Ratings from this release are the more dependable ones — they aren't directly comparable with earlier analyses, which keep the number they were saved with. We're working through the older ones.
Parts of your game the video didn't show are no longer counted against you. If your footage never shows you attempting something, the analyser now says so rather than marking you down for it, and that part of the assessment follows the rest of your play instead. A camera angle that missed one side of your game no longer drags your rating down.
How confident we are now reflects how much of your game we could actually assess — not how long your video was. A long clip that only showed a couple of rallies no longer reads as a confident assessment.

Credits you bought stay yours. The monthly credit allowance could replace a balance that included credits you'd purchased. Purchased credits now stay until you spend them, and we've made sure nobody lost any.
Video you upload is yours. Someone holding the reference to one of your uploads could view the footage without being signed in. That's closed.
Uploads no longer look stuck. A video that had finished processing sometimes stayed on "processing" indefinitely.
Event search no longer repeats or skips results as you page through them.
Rosters you upload are removed after 90 days. Once a member import has finished, the spreadsheet you uploaded is cleared rather than kept indefinitely — and a club admin can now delete an import outright.
